 Self-Love Through Storytelling

Big Sister Body Talks is an inclusive community to help children, adolescents, and teens overcome their body image struggles. Using programs based on the WISDOM System for Coaching Kids™, the goal is not to replace traditional therapy, but to provide 'sisterly' mentorship & confidence-building activities.

“I said,
‘Somebody should do something about that.’
Then I realized I am somebody.”
               -Lily Tomlin

My name is Davina Faust, and I grew up struggling deeply with self-esteem, especially around my weight and the bullying that came with it. Having experienced my adolescence without the pressures of social media, I can clearly see how today’s online culture filled with trolls and keyboard bullies affects the next generation. That’s why I’ve dedicated my life to helping children grow into confident, kind, and emotionally intelligent human beings.

I have extensively studied in the wellness and personal development industries, particularly the mind-body eating connection. I have completed Tony Robbins's Mastery University, am a certified Mind/Body Eating Coach through the Institute of Psychology of Eating, and am a certified Adventures in Wisdom Children's Personal Development Coach.

I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with the goal to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by 2029. I will pursue licensure in the states of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Above all credentials, I believe my purpose is to "be who I needed when I was younger." I look forward to hosting workshops and coaching sessions of all sizes, empowering your kids to become the happiest, most confident versions of themselves!
